Founded in 1992, Project Management Centre (PMC) is a wholly owned Canadian Corporation with offices located in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. PMC specializes in the definition of Project Management Frameworks and implementation of Project Management Information Systems. PMC has expanded the scope of its services to include requirements management RM by bridging RM and PM tools and methodologies. RM curriculum is being included in PMC's training offerings. PMC's consultants and trainers are well recognized for their ability to provide top-quality services and adapt to their clients' specific environments and project management styles.

Universitié Laval
Université Laval's continuing education services (Direction générale de la formation continue) collaborates with York University to offer its programme de certification universitaire en gestion de projet (French version of the Masters Certificate in Project Management) in Quebec. Laval University also wishes to increase its visibility and its activities in the Montreal marketplace by offering training and development programs for managers.
York University
Starting in the fall of 2003, York University from Toronto offers its Masters Certificate in Project Management program in Quebec, in partnership with Université Laval's continuing education services (Direction générale de la formation continue). This program has been offered in Canada since 1996 and already boasts more than 1500 graduates.
Quali-Scope
Quali-Scope is a private project management firm focusing primarily on high-level strategies and corporate restructuring initiatives.
